In this role, you will collaborate to identify quality assurance issues and analyze data to uncover risks and support knowledge transfer.\nKey Accountabilities\n Conduct inspections of finished products or raw materials to identify trends in defects or errors and support more complex trials and experiments under intermediate supervision. \n Provide training, coaching and mentoring to new team members. \n Conduct documentation review of hazard analysis, food safety and quality documents. \n Assists in audits and shelf life projects through testing, preparing reports and final summaries. \n Manage customer complaints and ensure appropriate actions and preventative measures are in place to prevent reoccurrence. \n Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. \n Other duties as assigned \n Qualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent\nMinimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience.
