With minimal supervision, this job performs complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.\nThe Senior Application Developer - eInvoicing will implement our standard eInvoicing solutions within our organization. In this role, you will proactively maintain the global template solution, understand business requirements for new country requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions in alignment with architecture and business processes and work closely with the different technology delivery teams.\nKey Accountabilities\nIMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT: Implement our eInvoicing solution with a team of specialists viacapturing business requirements, performing Fit-Gap analysis, documentation, configuration, testing,\nsupport deployment and cutover activities.\n\nSTAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners with multi-functional teams, including developers, productmanagers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.\n\nAPPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs, configuration, testing and deployment of fixesor updates for application version releases.\n\nUSER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Plays a key role and keeps an open channel of communicationwith users to respond to complex application support requests and needs.\n\nAPPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts complex application support activities to deliver on businessoutcomes.\n\nINCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Leads prioritization of incoming incident tickets and userrequests.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
