We do the right thing-today and for generations to come.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Senior Executive Assistant will make independent decision regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of more complex administrative support. In this role, you will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.\nKey Accountabilities\nApply detailed knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.\nSchedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.\nSolicit, collect and organize documentation and data to perform moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.\nPlans, coordinates and confirms logistics for more complex meetings and travel.\nProvide assistance and training to lower-level employees.\nHandle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent\nMinimum of four years of related work experience\nProficient in general computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite \nPreferred Qualifications\nAbility and comfort working with new technology/tools \nPrevious experience working with senior leadership \nExperience with international meeting coordination and complex travel \nHigh level of professional written, oral communication and consultative skills while working with a variety of different audiences, including senior leaders.\nJob Information\nThis position is located in Wayzata, Minnesota\nRelocation assistance will not be provided for this position.\n\nCompensation\nThe expected salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000\nAt Cargill we put people first.
