Individuals who possess a self-motivated working style with attention to detail will thrive in this environment and culture.\nKey Accountabilities\nAgile platform engineering for Power BI to build/maintain/improve Power BI implementation. \nApplication administration of Power BI / Tableau / KNIME including activities such as user access, content management, application licensing and software distribution.\nBuild and maintain initial configurations for Windows and Linux server deployments. \nAutomate the administration/operations of the infrastructure and applications. \nCreate and maintain documentation of the infrastructure and applications. \nBuild and maintain monitoring/telemetry, log aggregation, and reporting/dashboarding on infrastructure performance, application performance, and user behaviors. \nBuild and maintain standard authentication and access patterns for integrations within Cargill's broader data/technology ecosystem. \nOperationally support the infrastructure and applications including break/fix and service requests; 24x7 on-call support when needed; Tier 2+ community support. \nSupport the community in topics such as performance best practices, connectivity, and security. Gather feedback and drive reliable platform services and features.\nCoordinate multi-disciplinary teams as required to troubleshoot and resolve issues outside the scope of SSA’s expertise. \nWork closely with Cargill’s internal communities to gather feedback and drive reliable platform services and features. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience \nProven experience with one or more of the following areas: \nPower BI Administration \nFabric Administration \nApplication administration and Windows and Linux systems administration \nHybrid infrastructure administration and maintenance \nEnterprise networking and routing, including interface config, DNS, proxies, firewalls \nExperience with cloud-based 'infrastructure as a service platforms': AWS, Google Compute Engine, Azure, or OpenStack \nDevOps practices such as CI/CD (Jenkins CI, Drone, Github, and Artifactory), Configuration Management and Automation (Chef, Puppet, Salt, Ansible, and Terraform) \nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience configuring and maintaining Power BI in a large production environment \nMicrosoft certification in Power BI and/or Fabric \nExperience with engineering globally distributed business applications with demonstrated ability to optimize for resiliency and latency \nExperience with infrastructure automation, infrastructure as code, automated application deployment, monitoring/telemetry, logging, reporting/dashboarding \nExperience with deployment and administration of analytics platform components such as Power BI Cloud Service;
