Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Senior Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible to help maintain customer relationships and will serve as an escalation point for service issues and will run analytics for routine operations in the order management process. In this role, you will drive customer focus and achievement of the company sales and revenue objectives by delivering exceptional customer service within our sweetners business.\nKey Accountabilities\nManage a team of customer facing or customer enabling customer service representatives working with complex standard service level two or three customers and drive delivery of exceptional customer service.\nConduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.\nAssist in development and maintenance of strong, collaborative customer relationships through proactive engagement on complex customer issues, where escalation will likely be required.\nAnalyze customer service issues and drive service level improvements through data analysis and insights and conduct root cause analysis on complex, repetitive and common issues the reoccur across more junior team members.\nCollaborate on customer experience improvement areas with team members and customers to improve established practices and policies.\nInfluence team to make better decisions to drive revenue growth and customer experience.\nDrive change and continuous improvement throughout the customer service organization.\nLead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nCustomer Service leadership experience\nMinimum of four years of related work experience\nExperience operating in CRM and ERP tools. \nPreferred Qualifications\nTwo years of supervisory experience\nSalesforce or SAP experience\nFood or manufacturing industry customer service experience\nPosition Details\nLocation: IGainesville, GA, Wichita, KS ; Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.\nThere are also some events that might need to work on the weekends and on-call.\nThe business will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position\nAt Cargill we put people first.
