Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Senior Technical Account Manager will provide technical advice and support to customers during and after product sales. You will collaborate with a sales team to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge and expertise. In this role, you will be the lead contact for customers, and you will stay ahead of technology and business practices through workshops, research and professional meetings.\n\nThis position involves frequent business travel (approximately 20% of working time) and offers the flexibility to work remotely. We also provide a company car.\nKey Accountabilities\nDevelop strong technical relationship for current key customers & prospects, while providing (onsite) technical support for current customers and prospects. Aligned with Cargill strategic and category targets.\nBuild on the customer relationship to create & win projects, aligned with Cargill R&D and category strategy.\nPerform complex research for product development to understand product properties and systems operations.\nCompile and analyze data for project update, working with external suppliers to test new products and technologies to make recommendations on applications.\nOrganize project data and conclusions for internal and customer presentations, assist with product demonstrations and service as subject matter guide during meetings with prospective customers.\nStay ahead of product insight and research to improve value of offerings.\nKeep application and value collection up to date in the systems.\nIndependently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.\nCargill strategic and category targets.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (e.g., process engineering, chemistry, core-located technology) and/or equivalent experience.\nRelevant expertise in chocolate confectionery, particularly pralines.\nMin 2 years of customer facing experience in a technical role.\nFluent Polish language skills and knowledge of the local market.\nFluent English - daily work in an international environment.\nReadiness for business trips: 20% work time.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in food chemistry and/or equivalent experience.\nIn depth practical work experience in the chocolate confectionery and/or bakery industry.\nIn depth ingredient expertise on chocolate, cocoa and/or Oils & fats.\nDetailed knowledge in chocolate - cocoa production and/or oils & fats.\nAdditional Eastern European language knowledge is a plus.\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
