If selected for an interview, you will be required to submit signed copies of your last two performance reviews.\nPrincipal Accountabilities:\nThis position is responsible for the manufacturing and shipping of animal feed\nRun multiple pieces of equipment, i.e, pellet mills, receives ingredients by truck, load finished goods into trucks, monitor ingredients inventory levels.\nManufacture products to ensure that they meet specifications, and HACCP (Hazard Assessment And Critical Control Points) requirements.\nSchedule production based on customer demands (Mixer)\nSchedule runs per CFIA guidelines\nUnderstanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations\nMaintaining a safe and clean work environment\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada\nMust be 18 years or older\nAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\nAbility to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)\nAbility to operate machinery or industrial equipment\nAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)\nAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advanced notice.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nForklift certified\nBasic computer skills\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent\nExperience in a production-related workConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (204) area code.
