This is a great opportunity to build your career in regional NSW, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.\nKey Accountabilities\nLead the safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operation of the grain storage facility, including receivals, storage, and outturn activities.\nSupervise, coach, and train employees and contractors, fostering a strong safety culture and high operational standards.\nDrive excellence in safety, quality, inventory management, and risk management programs across the site.\nSupport operational planning, workforce scheduling, and performance reporting to optimise site productivity and customer outcomes.\nContribute to the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of site assets, providing leadership support during peak periods and in the absence of the Site Manager.\nQualifications and Experience\nSecondary school education or equivalent, with experience in grain handling, agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, or another bulk materials environment highly regarded.\nHands-on leadership experience with the ability to supervise, train, and support team members in a dynamic operational setting.\nExperience operating or working around heavy plant and mobile equipment, such as loaders, tractors, conveyors, or similar machinery, is advantageous.\nFlexibility to work outdoors, travel to other sites, and work weekends or shift hours during peak periods.\nCurrent driver's licence required; First Aid and Confined Space certifications are highly regarded.\nAt GrainFlow (Cargill), we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where people from all backgrounds feel respected, valued, and empowered to succeed, because we know that different perspectives strengthen our teams and drive better outcomes, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer that provides an accessible recruitment experience. https://careers.cargill.com/diversity/\nWe provide a fast-paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
