In this role, you will oversee end-to-end planning execution, ensuring supply continuity, cost discipline, and optimal inventory management while acting as a key business partner within the site leadership team. You will lead a team responsible for integrated business planning performance, cost optimization, and cross-functional coordination to deliver service, efficiency, and financial targets.\nLocation: Hull, UK (HU6 7PH)\nWe offer competitive salary plus comprehensive benefits package including contributory pension, private healthcare, performance related bonus and employee assistance programme.\nKey Accountabilities\nUsing substantial knowledge and robust experience, define inventory strategy and segmentation, incorporating other relevant strategies.\nPrepare the supply and inventory planning inputs for capacity scenarios and recommendations.\nReview and publish supply and inventory planning metrics targets.\nConduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.\nLead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.\nDrive end-to-end site planning and execution, including production planning (PP), MRP execution, and order fulfillment, while coordinating cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure service level (OTIF), inventory, and cost targets are achieved and site escalations are resolved.\nOther duties as assigned\n#LI-DB2\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nProven experience in supply chain field\nPreferred Qualifications\nProven experience in supply chain planning and execution, preferably in production or raw material planning\nExperience in Chemical industry or similar process manufacturing environment\nProven experience in driving cost discipline, productivity, and budget ownership within planning and scheduling\nStrong track record in network supply coordination and inventory optimization\nExperience managing planning KPIs (OTIF/service level, inventory, forecast accuracy, cost reduction initiatives)\nProven people management experience, including coaching and team development\nStrong business acumen and ability to act as a supply chain business partner within site leadership teams\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
