tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software.\nCONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Suggests options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability.\nDOCUMENTATION: Builds and maintains comprehensive documentation for complex software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.\nTECHNICAL SUPPORT: Provides technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues with deployed applications to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution.\nQualifications\nMinimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.\nExperience building and scaling full-stack applications using the following languages/frameworks: React + TypeScript (front end), Python (FastAPI) or Java Spring Boot (back end), REST APIs and PostgreSQL \nMove AI coding agents (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).\nExperience with building applications that use large language models or other AI services\nWorking with AI coding assistants or agentic development tools.\nExperience with cloud-native AI/ML or GenAI systems (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\nGenerative AI / LLM development\nAI Agent and agentic workflow development\nRAG and prompt engineering\nAzure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Copilot\nAPI and enterprise system integration \nStrong foundation in relational databases, with hands-on experience using PostgreSQL\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps delivery practices\nExperience deploying and operating applications on cloud-native platforms\nProficiency with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows\nUnderstanding of modern
