This job also supports continuous improvement in management reporting, report standardization and rationalization.\n.\n\nKey Accountabilities\nDeliver standard services, including processing journal entries, completing monthly and quarterly general ledger close activities, runbook, submission of financials to Corp A&F\nPerforms moderately complex accounting and reporting activities including understanding the business context, detailed verification of business transactions, quality balance sheet reconciliations\nDelivers moderately complex financial and management reports to support business decision making, including detailed analysis of P&L and BS items explaining the business context, drivers of variance / movement in balances that clearly explain the overall business performance\nDeliver support in terms of audit deliverables\nPartners on new setup and changes in existing financial applications to ensure accurate and efficient financial recordkeeping.\nPartners to implement internal controls and ensure financial processes are performed timely, accurately and in compliance with regulatory policies.\nSupports and implements continuous process improvement, including simplifying and optimizing processes, improving data integrity and applying current technology.\nQualifications\nB.
