Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Supply Planner will help coordinate short- to mid- term supply chain strategies across networks to address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals. In this role, you will monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost to serve performance data and help coordinate cross functional work teams to meet high customer service standards.\nKey Accountabilities\nCreate requirements plan and short to mid term supply plan for assigned products and locations as input for the integrated business planning cycle.\nAssist in setting inventory planning metrics targets.\nDevelop gap coverage plans during inventory shortages.\nHelp generate and execute cycle stock and safety stock plans for the assigned product or location, using the approved supply plan inputs.\nHandle basic issues and problems with limited supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.\nOut of office service is part of the role\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree\nPreferred Qualifications\nCommunication skills\nAnalytical skills\nTechnical knowledge - ERP TC2 system knowledge / Excel skills (pivots, vlookup, linking excel files) / Experience with Power BI scripting and/or advanced analytical reporting\nSupply planning, production planning, or a related supply chain role experience, Proven track record of managing short-term planning cycles and working closely with operations teams\nAdditional languages are a plus\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet\nAt Cargill, we care about your safety and want your job search experience to be a positive one.
