We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Trade Execution Coordinator will administer customer-facing order management activities. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute shipments worldwide. You will oversee import and export processes in close collaboration with the compliance team. You will contribute to increased transparency, communication, and responsiveness for our customers and service providers.\nKey Accountabilities\n Receive and process moderately complex to complex customer orders across multiple platforms following standard procedures. \n Receive and process moderately complex to complex change requests following defined policies and procedures. \n Explain information and inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete an order. \n Process moderately complex to complex document requests from customers and confirm final shipping and quality documentation and specifications to customer. \n Escalate complex issues that are not commonly defined or known to higher level staff. \n Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve the order management processes. \n Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. \n Other duties as assigned \n Qualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nFluency in English\nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated work experience in an area such as order management, logistics, supply chain, sales support, or a similar field\nProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel in particular)\nStrong analytical skills with attention to detail\nComfortable reaching out to customers and suppliers to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth communication\nAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently when appropriate\nOur Offer\nWe provide a fast paced stimulating international environment, which will stretch your abilities and channel your talents.
