Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Utilities Supervisor will coordinate the deployment of leading maintenance practices in alignment with production needs. In this role, you will supervise a team which executes a variety of medium complex activities to maintain capacity utilization and quality standards for reliable operations in the region.\nKey Accountabilities\nCoordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.\n\nImplement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.\n\nAssist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.\n\nPartner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.\n\nDevelop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.\n\nYou will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\n#LI-Onsite / #LI-JG2\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Utilities, or similar) or equivalent experience.\n\nAt least 1 year of directly related work experience in utilities, maintenance, operations, or a similar industrial environment.\n\nCARO Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator\n\nCIRO Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of utilities-related tools, process controls, and plant technology systems.\n\nSupervisory or team leadership experience\n\nExperience coordinating contractors or third-party resources.\n\nExperience with SAP maintenance or operations systems.\n\nUnderstanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements and Management of Change (MOC) processes.\n\nExperience with Industrial refrigeration systems / Wastewater treatment systems / Indutrial boiler /\nEnvironmental, safety, and regulatory compliance programs\n\nApplicant Information\nThis position is posted both internally and externally.\nPosition is based in TX - FORT WORTH - 3709 EAST FIRST STREET\nRelocation assistance is provided for this role\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet\nAt Cargill, we care about your safety and want your job search experience to be a positive one.
