Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.\nJob Purpose and Impact\nThe Warehouse Manager will oversee and handle complex tasks related to inventory and warehouse activities in Cocoa and Chocolate Gresik plant. In this role, you will interact with customers, suppliers and other contractors as well as with internal teams to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures and accuracy of all data in business management software. You will also lead in establishing inventory control concepts, best methods or procedures and handle different types of documents related to shipments, including settlement of logistics invoices.\nKey Accountabilities\nOversee and handle material management for CCC Gresik plant by providing written electronic and telephone communication for documentation, warehouse and shipment to ensure efficient movement of goods.\nProvide direction and settle invoices and other documents regarding warehouse management in collaboration with the accounting department following the established schedule.\nConduct in depth research and participate in inventories, reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure their timely settlement.\nPartner and collaborate with other departments and locations to reconcile discrepancies related to the circulation of documents.\nLead and collaborate with the transportation and trade operations department in the scope of shipment arrangements or clarification of any irregularities or discrepancies for the delivery of goods.\nOversee the validation of generated warehouse documents and stock movements for accuracy and take immediate action to correct inaccuracies.\nOther duties as assigned\nResponsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience\nExceptional communication skills with a track record of managing complex internal and external stakeholders\nProven persistence and ability to successfully lead teams\nKnowledge of business management software modules used in administration of logistics\nUnderstanding of logistics document processes and flows\nOther minimum qualifications may apply\nPreferred Qualifications\nHave 2-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or relevant experiences\nHands-on proficiency and data management experience using SAP is a plus\nPrior experience operating within the food manufacturing, agribusiness, or FMCG industry\nFamiliar with Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) or Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) regulations and customs documentation\nAt Cargill, we are committed to building a workplace where individuals from all backgrounds feel respected, valued, and able to contribute fully.
