[6pm- 6am, 6am- 6pm]\nCompensation: $28/hr\nSign-on Bonus: $1,000\nJob Overview\nJoin Cargill as a Warehouse Operator, where you will perform a variety of warehouse tasks and operate equipment in accordance with established processes and documentation, with regular guidance. In this role, you’ll use your equipment skills and attention to detail to facilitate safe, efficient operations and keep materials moving smoothly through our production processes.\nLong Description\nWhat You Will Do\nSafely, move, receive, store and ship materials throughout the warehouse while keeping accurate inventory records in computerized systems.\nOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials between trucks railcars staging areas and storage locations.\nUse packaging equipment such as palletizers stretch film wrappers labelers and conveyors to prepare products for storage and shipment\nCheck incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy damage and correct documentation.\nKeep work areas clean organized and compliant with housekeeping and safety standards.\nFollow safety procedures communicate with teammates during shift changes and assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed.\nWilling to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or variable shifts with advance notice.\nPerform duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\nMust be 18 years or older.\nAbility to understand and communicate in English, verbal and written.\nAble to work indoors and outdoors, including at heights of 4 feet or more, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation and while using appropriate PPE.\nBasic computer skills.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nHigh school diploma/GED or at least two years of relevant work experience.\nPrevious experience in a production or warehouse environment.\nExperience operating a forklift.\nFamiliarity with SAP or other warehouse inventory management systems.\nKnowledge of rail safety procedures.\nBasic ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and components.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\n401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nDevelopment Opportunities\nAbout Cargill\nCargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
