This role performs routine and repetitive tasks, operates basic warehouse equipment, and works under frequent guidance to support safe and efficient operations.\nWhat You Will Do\nMove, receive, store, and ship materials or products within the warehouse following standard procedures.\nOperate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, or conveyors with guidance.\nLoad and unload materials while verifying quantities, labels, and packaging.\nRecord inventory movements, shipments, and receipts using computer systems or paperwork.\nPerform housekeeping and general warehouse maintenance to keep work areas clean and organized.\nFollow all safety, food safety, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean work environment.\nWork flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts with advance notice.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\nMust be 18 years or older.\nUnderstand and communicate efficiently in English (verbal/written).\nWillingness to learn warehouse processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures.\nAbility to work indoors/outdoors environments (heat, cold, dust, and noise) while performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, twisting, and working at heights (4 feet and above), with or without reasonable accommodation.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nPrior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.\nBasic computer or scanning experience for inventory or shipping transactions.\nAwareness of warehouse safety practices or material handling procedures.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\n401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nDevelopment Opportunities\nAbout Cargill\nCargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
