This role applies prior warehouse experience, uses judgment to handle routine issues, and operates a wider range of equipment with regular guidance to support safe and efficient operations.\nWhat You Will Do\nPerform daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials with limited direction.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.\nVerify shipments by checking quantities, labels, and documentation and resolve routine issues as they arise.\nLoad and unload trucks, racks, and production lines while performing basic quality and damage checks.\nUse warehouse systems or paperwork to accurately track inventory, shipping, and receiving transactions.\nFollow all safety, food safety, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean work environment.\nWork flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts with advance notice.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Need\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\nMust be 18 years or older.\nUnderstand and communicate efficiently in English (verbal/written).\nAt least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.\nAt least 1 year of experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment.\nAbility to work indoors/outdoors environments (heat, cold, dust, and noise) while performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, twisting, and working at heights (4 feet and above), with or without reasonable accommodation.\nWhat Will Put You Ahead\nExperience operating forklifts in high-traffic or high-rack warehouse environments.\nExperience using warehouse systems, scanners, or inventory management tools.\nAbility to use judgment to resolve shipping, inventory, or material handling issues.\nFamiliarity with warehouse safety practices and material handling standards.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\n401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nDevelopment Opportunities\nAbout Cargill\nCargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
