To contribute making Italian best practices known and appreciated internationally. \nTo suggest possible solutions to the challenges received from the Operations and the market, providing valuable insight and improvement initiatives aiming to improve service and optimize costs\nTo strengthen relationship between Supply Chain and other company departments, creating a collaborative culture\nTo represent Supply Chain within initiatives in the Corporate Social Responsibilities area\nSkills, Experience and Qualifications\nGood knowledge of ERP systems and other IT Systems (WMS, TMS, DP tools, etc.)\nIn-depth understanding of SCM & Logistics processes\nCertification in Lean Six Sigma (preferrable)\nAdvanced MS-Office Skills\nB.Sc. in economics, engineering or similar\nExperienced in moderation of workshops and training of employees\nExcellent analytical capability\nKnowledge in leading teams through change \nFluent English skills both written and spoken\nAbility to work within international/multinational teams\nPractical experience in Continuous Improvement \nWhat we offer\nPermanent employment contract, with a compensation package commensurate with experience and a gross
