If you believe you are qualified for the position of Inside Sales / Sales Support, please submit your application with the detailed resume in English by “Apply Now”.\nDescription of tasks:\nCoordinate between Sales and other Departments to achieve pre-defined targets\nGive full support & solve the problem for assigned customers\nApproach customers about our company’s products and services.\nMake joint sales visits to customers with sales representatives / account owners occasionally to solicit feedback to improve service level and able to meet customers’ needs\nRetain good relationship with existing customers and grow our share of wallet\nApproach new customers when assigned\nSearch for competitive costs from relevant parties to win businesses.\nSearch for business opportunities to improve company’s net return.\nFollow up Sales Strategies and prepare quotation to customers.\nTo take up additional assignments/tasks as assigned\nDaily Operation Jobs:\nGetting new order/shipment included with instruction from customer and preparing in further operations process\nTo send overseas the complete instruction for shipment handling.\nTo keep monitoring, tracking and controlling shipment running on appropriate schedule.\nAssist quotation & email correspondence. If any.\nTo coordinate with both overseas and local customer service & customs team in day-to-day operations.\nTo expedite shipment run smoothly\nTo check correction for all shipping document.\nPre-alert sending related documents to customer.\nTo keep customer updating in their shipment status.\nDaily problem solving\nProactively communicate with customer in any problems occurred.\nTo provide customer professional solution.\nTo be a contact window person of customer for all concerned matter.\nHandle contingency works with sense of urgency and reasonable.\nTo coordinate with accounting team for monitoring in billing process and all outstanding payment from customers.\nManage, control, develop and maintain the overall corporate with customer engagement.\nTo ensure customer satisfaction in company service level.\nPersonal Qualification:\nHas at least 3 years' experience in Inside Sales/ Business Development / Sales.\nHas experience in Freight Forwarders or Shipping company\nProven track records in professional business development\nStrong Customer Service mind\nSales-oriented with operational conscious\nResult-oriented and strong in following up\nSelf-confident with positive attitude\nStrong Negotiation skills\nConvincing presentation skills in Thai and English.\nDynamic, structured, flexible and ambitious\nSelf-Motivating\nWillingness and ability to travel\nAble to work under pressure\nSpecial Knowledge:\nFreight forwarding industry\nBasic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nFM3000 know-how in related functions.\nS.P.O.T. / Salesforce / CRM know-how and ability to demonstrate internally / externally\nFluent in English language\nMinimum Education /Qualifications/Experience:\nBachelor degree in Major
