described above.\n\nStrong knowledge of CIS security standards for endpoint protection.\n\nExperience delivering large-scale device deployments and workplace transformations.\n\nExpert knowledge in End user device deployments on system side, including but not limited to:\nMicrosoft Intune\nAirwatch\nApple Business Manager\nOn premise deployment (i.e. optimized end user experience, planification of deployment, organizing large scale deployment over multiple locations, ...)\n\nExperience with Apple device administration in corporate environments.\n\nAdvanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis expertise.\n\nStrong stakeholder and end-user relationship management skills.\n\nExperience supporting cloud-first workplace environments.\n\nExtensive knowledge in Azure Entra.\n\nKnowledge in Vulnerability management and remediation on a Microsoft 365 level.\n\nExcellent teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills.\n\nHigh level of oral and written communication skills in English with the aim of providing effective support to IT technicians.\n\nExperience in leading end-to-end project lifecycles.\n\nWorking Conditions:\nPermanent full-time position based in Luxembourg.\nThe candidate will work in an Agile, friendly, innovative & operational Azure only environment.\nNormal office hours are to be expected, with occasional work outside these hours to perform tasks (planned or unplanned) on the environment.\nThe position holder might have to be on stand-by (on-call) outside the normal office hours and weekends in case of incidents.\nIt is expected
