Your responsibilities will include:\nMaintaining operational stability and executing our traffic program in line with safety, regulatory and commercial priorities.\nLeading decision-making during irregular operations, balancing safety, customer commitments, and cost efficiency.\nOptimizing aircraft utilization and network performance within a 72-hour horizon.\nManaging disruptions by developing and implementing recovery strategies that protect schedule integrity and cargo flows.\nCoordinating across departments (Dispatch, MCC, Crew Control, Network and Ground Ops) to ensure seamless operations.\nApplying regulatory expertise on EASA Air OPS, ICAO, IOSA, ATFM and Eurocontrol processes.\nMonitoring and implementing traffic decisions within a 72-hour window.\nActing as a senior decision-maker during disruptions.\nContributing to the strategic evolution of the IACC beyond day-to-day operations.\nEssential Requirements For The Position:\nYou are a decisive, analytical leader who thrives under pressure and can influence stakeholders across a global network. Ideally, you will have:\n5-7+ years' experience in airline operations control, network control, or dispatch (cargo experience preferred);\nDeep knowledge of EASA, ICAO, IOSA and global operational control requirements.\nA strong understanding of ATFM, Eurocontrol and airspace management.\nProficiency in IACC systems (AIMS, Lido, SITA Mission Watch, TWC Fusion or similar).\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of a second European language would be an advantage.\nAbility to work in a team and adapt quickly and effectively to changing conditions.\nPreferred:\nFlight Dispatch License / FOO license.\nAir Traffic Control or Flight Operations background.\nExperience in airport ground handling.\nKnowledge of meteorology, aerodynamics, and aircraft performance.\nExperience in technical, crew or fleet planning.\nFamiliarity with airline manuals and operational processes.\nExperience in strategic network operations for all-cargo or express carriers.\nFamiliarity with SMS processes and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWorking Conditions:\nFull-time, permanent position based in Luxembourg.\nA Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will berequired in case of positive selection.\nOperates in a 24/7 global control environment with rotating shifts.
