delivery momentum\nProvide support for other programs or initiative within the scope of EPMO, if required\nEssential Requirements For The Position:\nMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field.\n5+ years of hands-on experience leading organizational projects (e.g., software selection and implementations, TOM changes, process reengineering, etc.) involving cross-functional teams, with a demonstrable track record of success.\nProven expertise in stakeholder management, requirements gathering and analysis, problem identification, root cause analysis, and proposing actionable solutions.\nExceptional communication skills, showcasing adeptness in implementing projects with a robust communication and people change management strategies\nProject and change management certifications (such as PMP, Prince2 or Prosci, CCMP) would be considered as an advantage.\nFluency in written and spoken English, other languages such as French and German are considered as an advantage.\nWorking Conditions:\nThe internal title of this position is: Senior Specialist Project Management\nFull-time position is based in Luxembourg.\nFlexibility with working hours.\nA Certificate of good conduct (Casierjudiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive
