impact\nAbout the Role\nSupport daily terminal and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment\nServe as a key operations and coordination partner for drivers, dock supervisors, and internal teams\nEnsure smooth dock launches and high levels of on-time pickup and delivery performance\nProvide consistent, high-quality customer and driver support\nThis role is onsite in Bloomington, CA and aligned to standard weekday business hours\nWhat You’ll Do\nProvide high-level customer service and operational support\nSupport drivers and serve as a primary point of contact during daily operations\nCoordinate with dock supervisors to ensure successful daily dock launches\nLead and coordinate drivers to maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance\nMaintain accurate driver records, including times, routes, and special handling instructions\nManage KPIs, open job reports, and daily POD reconciliation\nOversee pickup dispatch management, including B2B and B2C assignments\nSupport key customer accounts and provide ETAs as requested\nManually build jobs when required and input rate adjustments\nTrack and trace shipments to ensure service expectations are met\nProvide ad-hoc delivery and pickup coverage as needed\nAttend weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrated experience in customer support and customer satisfaction\nAbility to think on your feet and problem-solve in real time\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes\nIntermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nComfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities\nAbility to prioritize tasks and operate with a strong sense of urgency\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious dispatch, transportation, or logistics
