You're equally comfortable working independently and partnering cross-functionally - and you're always looking for ways to make the numbers tell a clearer story.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team in the United States. Reporting to the Controller, this is a high-impact role at the core of our financial operations. You will own key components of the month-end close process, maintain the integrity of our general ledger, and help build the accounting infrastructure that scales with our business.\nWhat You'll Do\nGeneral Ledger & Close\nOwn assigned components of the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, balance-sheet account reconciliations, and accruals\nMaintain the general ledger and ensure the integrity of all financial data in the ERP system\nConduct GL account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and identify and correct errors\nSupport the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP\nAccounts Payable & Expense Management\nAccurately review, code, reconcile, and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements\nPartner with our expense management platform (Ramp) to ensure timely and accurate processing\nSupport cash flow forecasting inputs related to AP cycles\nCompliance & Controls\nCoordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit and review processes\nAssist with technical accounting research and documentation of accounting policies and positions\nSupport the implementation and ongoing improvement of internal controls and accounting procedures\nCross-Functional Partnership\nPartner with FP&A and Revenue Operations to ensure financial transactions are captured accurately and completely\nAssist with systems and process improvement initiatives, including ERP implementations and optimizations\nProvide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by the Controller or CFO\nQualifications\nMust-Haves\n7+ years of accounting experience with a strong grasp of accrual accounting\nHands-on experience supporting or managing a month-end close process\nSolid knowledge of accounting principles, corporate finance fundamentals and US GAAP\nStrong Excel skills and comfort working with large data volumes\nExceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills - able to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders\nNice-to-Haves\nBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\nCPA license or active CPA candidacy\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other Microsoft ERP systems - a significant plus\nFamiliarity with Ramp or similar expense management platforms\nBackground in SaaS, FinTech, or a similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment\nWho You Are\nYou take ownership of your numbers - accuracy isn't optional, it's your standard\nYou bring a process-improvement mindset and look for ways to do things better\nYou're organized and can manage competing priorities without dropping the ball\nYou work well with others and communicate proactively when something needs attention\nYou're curious, driven, and genuinely excited to grow with a fast-moving company\nCompensation and Benefits\nWe offer competitive pay and benefits designed to fuel our team's success.\nHealth and Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family\nFuture-Ready: 401(k) with company match\nWork-Life Balance: Generous flexible PTO program and paid holidays\nGrow With Us: Professional development opportunities\nDoes this role sound like the next step in your career?\nWe’d love to hear from you!
