Most importantly, you want to engage your talents to make a meaningful difference by revolutionizing the cargo industry.\nAbout the role\nThe Marketing Coordinator owns day-to-day customer marketing support and sales enablement: the programs that keep customers engaged, growing, and willing to vouch for CargoSprint, and the assets that help Sales win. The role also operates two AI agents. It is a strong fit for an organized, versatile marketer who wants real ownership and is excited to work alongside AI.\nWhat you'll do\nCustomer Marketing\nManage and measure the success of the customer upsell/cross-sell campaigns based on the quarterly marketing plan.\nIn conjunction with Customer Success, run the Customer Health CSAT survey: launch, follow up, summarize results, and close the loop on responses.\nRun the G2/Capterra review campaigns and the customer reference and referral programs, including outreach, tracking, and thank you.\nProduce the quarterly customer newsletter.\nCoordinate the Quarterly Product Showcase Webinars for customers, including promotion, registration, and follow-up, working with the Event Coordinator and Demand Gen Manager.\nSet calendar for the customer road show events, and coordinate promotion, registration, and follow-up, working with the Event Coordinator and Demand Gen Manager.\nIn conjunction with sales and customer success, source and manage customer testimonial stories, video testimonials, case studies, quotes, major win announcements, along with all customer approvals.\nSales Enablement\nProduce and update customizable decks, one pagers, playbooks, battle cards, and videos based on product briefs provided by Director of Digital Communications.\nCoordinate the ROI calculators from requirements to testing and rollout, with Product and Sales.\nBuild onboarding kits for new sales hires.\nHost short sessions to introduce new assets, campaigns, and talk tracks to Sales.\nManage the central sales content hub so assets are easy to find, with version control.\nProvide partner and co-marketing assets, as needs arise.\nOperating AI agents\nSubmit requests and briefs to the AI Sales Enablement Specialist and AI Customer Marketing Associate and review their drafts daily.\nEdit, fact-check, and route output for approval; make sure nothing external is released without sign-off.\nLog turnaround, approval rates, and issues, and suggest improvements to prompts and processes.\nQualifications\n4 -6 years of experience in marketing, communications, customer marketing, or sales enablement.\nExcellent writing and editing, with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong organization and project management across several programs and stakeholders.\nAbility to work with Sales and Customer Success and earn their trust.\nComfort with AI tools and good judgment on what to check, edit, and escalate.\nFamiliarity with Canva, HubSpot, and SFDC; ability to learn new tools quickly.\nExperience in logistics, supply chain, or B2B technology is a plus.\nCollaborative and proactive, with good communication skills.\nCompensation and Benefits\nAt CargoSprint, we are “Empowering the People that make Global Commerce Happen”-and we know that starts with our CargoSpinter’s.
