This role leverages historical sales, customer demand, inventory productivity, future forecasts, and size-selling patterns to ensure the right products are available in the right sizes, locations, and quantities throughout the product lifecycle.\nThe position partners closely with Merchandising, Sales, Merch Planning, Supply Planning, and Analytics to continuously improve replenishment strategies and size curve accuracy.\nAssociate Responsibilities\nDevelop and cultivate Planner/Sales partnerships to understand future demand expectations.\nDevelop and manage replenishment plans that optimize inventory productivity while supporting sales, service, and financial objectives.\nMonitor inventory levels, weeks of supply, sell-through, and in-stock performance.\nDetermine replenishment quantities based on demand, inventory targets, lead times, and supply constraints.\nRecommend replenishment strategies for the Distributors business by style/color/size.\nIdentify inventory risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.\nRecommend adjustments to improve size availability and reduce stock imbalances and work with supply planning partners to mitigate.\nMonitor size-level inventory performance throughout the season.\nEvaluate new product size performance and refine future size curves.\nCreate new processes that lead to efficiencies in identifying and mitigating size gaps.\nLead change to enhance and develop more efficient/effective best practices and processes that support our targets/goals.\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve opportunities as they arise. Take a proactive approach to identify potential roadblocks and seek out resolutions in a timely manner.\nIdentify planning process pain points and/or gaps and propose potential solutions to a broad audience.\nRequired Education\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in a demand planning or forecasting field; wholesale demand planning preferred.\nSelf-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual ready to bring energy and excitement to lead their business.\nHigh level of analytical thinking with strong aptitude for forecasting methodology.\nFlexible team player who thrives in environments requiring the ability to effectively prioritize and delegate workload while juggling multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.\nProactive critical-thinking approach when confronting problem-solving.\nActive listening skills and strong written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate with all levels, including management and business unit partners.\nOutstanding organizational skills with a natural curiosity and interest in problem-solving.\nAbility to adapt to continuously evolving organizational changes and planning processes.\nStrong sense of urgency to change, adapt, and push process forward.\nAdvanced computer skills (MS Office Suite and Planning tools) are needed.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions\nTypical office environment;
