Guided by his legacy and our mission—We serve and protect all hardworking people by building durable products—we remain dedicated to upholding these principles in every decision we make and every product we create.\nAssociate Responsibilities\nLead and manage a portfolio of people analytics initiatives and projects, ensuring effective delivery and execution.\nEstablish program governance, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.\nIdentify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.\nDrive prioritization and alignment across multiple talent program stakeholders and initiatives.\nPartner with HR leaders, business executives, and the HR system team to define talent program metric objectives and methods of measuring outcomes.\nTranslate business needs into actionable analytics use cases and roadmaps.\nCommunicate program status, insights, and impact clearly to senior leadership.\nDevelop and deploy dashboards, infographics, and analytics solutions, to tell the story of HR talent program successes and opportunities.\nEnsure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data standards.\nSupport the design of predictive and prescriptive analytics (e.g., attrition, workforce planning, and talent insights).\nBuild and standardize program management practices within the People Analytics function.\nDrive continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and delivery methods.\nLead change management strategies to drive adoption of analytics tools and insights, including developing enablement materials, training, and communication plans.\nPromote a data-driven culture across HR and business functions.\n\nRequired Education\nBachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field required.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in HR, People Analytics, or data/analytics environments.\nProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale.\nExperience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and data platforms.\nExperience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or HR Technology.\nExperience creating data visualization tools as elements of executive storytelling.\nUnderstanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data science concepts, and how to apply them.\nPMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, talk and hear. \nThe employee will frequently use hands to operate phone and computer. \nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.\nThis position has a Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site.
