Guided by his legacy and our mission—We serve and protect all hardworking people by building durable products—we remain dedicated to upholding these principles in every decision we make and every product we create.\nAssociate Responsibilities\nFacilitate workshops, gather business requirements, map business processes, document customer journeys, document high-level business requirements, and translate into specific technology solutions.\nCreate and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas.\nResearch and benchmark industry best practices and develop new strategies/solutions that can be implemented. \nCollaborate with IT delivery teams for designated business areas and IT Leadership to understand technical debt, areas of opportunity, and execution of the active portfolio to best inform roadmaps and future recommendations.\nActively participate in the IT Portfolio intake and prioritization process to advocate for architectural recommendations coming out of discovery and into execution.\nActively participate in the Architecture Community to drive consistent architecture processes across the entire IT landscape, inclusive of being an active member of the Architecture Review Board.\nEnsure that the roadmaps and technical recommendations comply with architecture standards, established methodologies, and best practices.\nEstablish and utilize strong business relationships to provide guidance on business process changes needed to adhere to recommended technology solutions.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and ensure compliance with regulations/standards. \nCoach, mentor, and lead internal and external technical project resources.\n\nRequired Education\nBachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMinimum of 10 years of IT experience inclusive of:\n2 years in a senior-level role \n4+ years’ experience integrations with ERP systems, SAP preferred \n2+ years’ experience Global Ecommerce (SAP Commerce preferred)\n2+ years’ experience consumer-facing omni-channel technology (Ecommerce + Retail)\nExperience with integration platforms, i.e. Mulesoft, SAP BTP Suite preferred \nProven project and process management skillset\nStrong problem solving and decision-making skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management with the proven ability to communicate complex issues and the business value of solutions; ability to influence without authority; strategic thinking with business acumen; proven track record delivering complex, high-impact initiatives.\nPrior leadership experience within an IT environment preferred\nExperience in retail or wholesale apparel preferred\nDemonstrated experience defining API-first, event-driven integration strategies with emphasis on composable solution design across an omni-channel ecosystem.\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions\nNormal office environment; cubicle/office setting. Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required. \nWilling to work some weekends if necessary.\nSome travel required (up to 25%).\nThis position has a Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site.
