This role leverages historical sales, customer demand, inventory productivity, future forecasts, and size-selling patterns to ensure the right products are available in the right sizes, locations, and quantities throughout the product lifecycle.\nThe position partners closely with Merchandising, Sales, Planning, Supply Planning, and Analytics to continuously improve replenishment strategies and size curve accuracy.\nAssociate Responsibilities\nDevelop and cultivate Planner/Sales partnerships to understand future demand expectations.\nDevelop and manage replenishment plans that optimize inventory productivity while supporting sales, service, and financial objectives.\nMonitor inventory levels, weeks of supply, sell-through, and in-stock performance.\nDetermine replenishment quantities based on demand, inventory targets, lead times, and supply constraints.\nRecommend replenishment strategies for the Distributors business by style/color/size.\nIdentify inventory risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.\nRecommend adjustments to improve size availability and reduce stock imbalances and work with supply planning partners to mitigate.\nMonitor size-level inventory performance throughout the season.\nEvaluate new product size performance and refine future size curves.\nCreate new processes that lead to efficiencies in identifying and mitigating size gaps.\nExecute the size-level forecast for SanMar (largest Distributor). Partner with Sales and external partners to understand trends and future inventory requirements to satisfy service levels.\nCoach, inspire, guide, and develop planners; create an environment that supports and rewards strong performance and professional growth.\nLead change to enhance and develop more efficient/effective best practices and processes that support our targets/goals.\nRequired Education\nBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMinimum of 5–7 years of experience in a planning or forecasting field.\nActive listening skills and strong written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate with all levels, including management and business unit partners.
