less-senior data engineers\n\nRequirements5–7 years of data engineering experience\nHands-on pipeline design experience\nKnowledge of AWS-native data tooling, Snowflake, and Databricks tradeoffs\nExperience building data governance practices\nExperience with access control, audit logging, and data lineage\nUnderstanding of analytical layers derived from transactional sources of truth\nProduction experience with Kafka, MSK, PostgreSQL, or equivalent tools\nStrong written communication\nExperience owning a domain independently in a developing function\n\nBenefitsCompetitive
