Join us as we transform how care organizations recognize and retain the people who make care possible.\nRole Summary\nWe're looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Product Manager who can hit the ground running, take ownership of complex problems, and turn ideas into impactful products.\nThis is a role for a true product generalist who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Someone who can quickly understand a problem, identify what matters most, bring the right people together, and get things done.\nWe're not looking for someone who simply manages a roadmap or coordinates stakeholders. We want a builder with strong product instincts, a bias for action, and a proven track record of shipping products that deliver measurable value to users and the business.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOwn the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through development, launch, measurement, and iteration.\nQuickly get up to speed on new problem spaces, identify opportunities, and translate ambiguity into clear priorities and actionable plans.\nWork closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership to shape solutions, navigate trade-offs, and deliver meaningful outcomes.\nEngage directly with customers and end users to understand their challenges, validate assumptions, and uncover opportunities.\nUse qualitative insights and quantitative data to inform decisions, measure success, and continuously improve products.\nBalance long-term product thinking with the practical realities of shipping quickly and delivering incremental value.\nTake ownership of execution, remove roadblocks, and keep initiatives moving forward without needing extensive direction. \nOccasionally travel to the U.S. to meet with our users in real life!\nAbout You\n5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within a fast-paced B2B or B2C SaaS environment.\nA proven track record of owning products end to end, from identifying problems and shaping solutions to launching, measuring, and iterating.\nStrong execution skills and a bias for action. You know how to move from strategy to delivery without getting stuck in endless planning.\nExcellent product judgment. You know when to dig deeper, when to challenge assumptions, and when there's enough information to make a decision and move forward.\nA scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset. You're resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable making progress with imperfect information and limited resources.\nStrong technical fluency and the ability to collaborate closely with Engineering to understand constraints, evaluate trade-offs, and shape practical solutions.\nA customer-centric approach grounded in genuine curiosity, empathy, and a desire to solve meaningful problems.\nComfort using data to guide prioritization, evaluate product performance, and demonstrate measurable impact.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.\nExperience working in a startup or high-growth environment where priorities evolve, responsibilities overlap, and ownership matters more than job titles.\nNice to Have\nExperience building B2B2C products where both the customer and end-user experience matter\nExperience building products with high-frequency end-user engagement, such as workforce technology, HR tech, consumer/mobile applications, or gaming\nExperience with loyalty, rewards, or recognition products\nExperience in home care, healthcare, or workforce technology\nGood to know\nThis is a full-time role open to candidates based in Toronto or Montreal\nWe work remotely, with opportunities to come together in person for company retreats, team events, and customer meetings throughout the year\nWhy this role is exciting\nBuild meaningful products.
