Take increasing responsibility for the sales and closing process.\nImprove and expand the Caring Transitions business through innovation,\nimplementation, documentation and quantification of our marketing processes.\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITYAREAS\nDevelop relationships with networking and referral source partners through regular meetings, phone calls and electronic communications\nManage and improve lead generation, assist in converting leads to sales\nCoordinate and lead prospect meetings with a preparedagenda\nSell service packages that meet the needs, wants and objectives of senior clients\nSchedule and present at trade shows, public education events, and networking events\nWork with management and Marketing Support Specialist to originate content and success stories for business communications, social media, referral partners, public education, and media relations\nDevelop and implement marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights\nUnderstand, discover and leverage strategic business opportunities and partnerships\nSchedule and manage marketing tactics and activities utilizing cross-functional project management and social media tools\nMaintain effective internal communications regarding marketing functions andactivities\nWHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE: Job Requirements\nMinimum 3 years’ experience sales and marketing with proven results\nMust possess at a minimum, (High School degree) Bachelor's Degree, in related field is preferred.\nMust exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively\nHave a positive mindset and strong sense of purpose with the capacity to develop a passion for the mission and vision of the franchise\nMotivated, self-starter with strong organization and time managementskills\nPossesses the ability to work in a team environment\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nJK Williams Consulting, DBA Caring Transitions of East Denver - LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employers.
