What You Will Be Doing\nBuild genuine relationships with professionals who serve seniors and their families, including assisted living communities, memory care teams, real estate professionals, and attorneys\n\nBecome a trusted resource in the community by sharing how we support families during transitions\n\nRepresent Caring Transitions at local events, networking groups, and community gatherings\n\nStay connected with your network through thoughtful follow up and consistent outreach\n\nHelp create opportunities for families to get the support they need at the right time\n\nWho This Role Is Perfect For\nYou enjoy meeting people and building real relationships\n\nYou care about helping others and want your work to have meaning\n\nYou are self motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule\n\nExperience in senior services, real estate, healthcare, or community outreach is helpful but not required\n\nYou are organized, dependable, and communicate well\n\nYou have reliable transportation and enjoy being out in the community\n\nWhat We Offer\nFlexible part time schedule with the potential to grow\n\nStarting pay of $22 to $26 per hour, plus incentives\n\nA supportive, values driven team that truly enjoys working together\n\nMeaningful work that impacts families in your local community\n\nIf you are looking for something flexible that also feels purposeful, we would love to talk with you.\nLocal candidates only.
