If you're passionate about meaningful work and want to be part of something bigger than yourself, Caris is where your impact begins.\nPosition Summary\nThis position is responsible for developing and managing successful marketing programs, as well the creation and development of marketing and communication tools for Caris' tumor profiling portfolio. This role will touch various business groups and be required to coordinate and execute marketing deliverables across multiple stakeholders and audience groups.\nJob Responsibilities\nWork with cross-functional internal teams to develop sales and marketing collateral, transactional materials (e.g. order forms, shipping kits, etc.), promotional materials, email/letter communications and training content to support new product launches, enhancements of existing products and other business needs.\nWork with Product Marketing to develop positioning and messaging.\nEnsure consistent branding and messaging throughout all communications.\nUnderstand and support sales channels and aid in training for sales and customer services.\nCollect, analyze and synthesize data to create actionable marketing plans and collateral.\nWork with Marketing team and external agencies to help prepare marketing strategies and programs.\nManage marketing projects, including proactive efforts to achieve timely deliverables and accurate updates for leadership team.\nTake on special projects as they arise to help achieve market leadership in a growing segment.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor degree required from an accredited university or college\n5+ years of experience in marketing/communications/product management\nMust have experience in marketing communications, or similar role\nPrior healthcare experience (in vitro diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.)\nDemonstrated experience successfully managing marketing projects from beginning to end\nMust be able to work across levels in the organization to drive projects to completion\nMust be well-organized and have the ability to meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment\nStrong presentation skills\nProficient computer skills, which include Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, as well as other marketing software such as HubSpot, Pardot, WordPress or Jira\nPhysical Demands\nThe ability to lift objects over 30 pounds\nThe ability to sit or stand for long periods of time\nManual dexterity and ability to bend, reach, stoop\nTraining\nAll job specific, safety, and compliance training are assigned based on the job functions associated with this employee.\nOther\nTravel Required: occasionally\nWeekends/Evenings/holidays: Yes, some evenings/weekends required.
