If you're passionate about meaningful work and want to be part of something bigger than yourself, Caris is where your impact begins.\nPosition Summary\nThe Oracle Fusion Application Administrator is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s Oracle Cloud application environment. This role operates within the Finance IT team and plays a critical role in ensuring system reliability, supporting business users, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The position will serve as a liaison between technical Oracle teams and business stakeholders, ensuring efficient system operations, strong internal controls, and high-quality user support. This role is primarily focused on application administration, security management, user support, compliance coordination, and day-to-day ownership of Oracle Fusion suite of applications (including cloud console).\nJob Responsibilities\nProvide day-to-day administration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across finance and business functions.\n\nManage user access, roles, and security configurations in alignment with internal controls and SOX requirements.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and Oracle technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionality.\n\nCoordinate and support audit activities, including SOX and ITGC compliance efforts, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.\n\nOversee change management processes, including system updates, deployments, and configuration changes.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support to end users.\n\nMaintain system documentation, including procedures, configurations, and support processes.\n\nSupport enhancement, integration, and automation initiatives as assigned\n\nImprove operational efficiency and reduce reliance on external consultants by building internal expertise.\n\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems, or related field.\n\n4+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications or similar ERP systems.\n\nProven experience in Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure administration, user access management, and system support\n\nBasic understanding of SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC), and audit processes.\n\nExperience with change management, system deployments, and application lifecycle support.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and general working knowledge of Internet for business use.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle Fusion Financials, Supply Chain or Oracle Risk Management Cloud modules.\n\nExposure to Oracle Cloud reporting, integrations, or workflow automation is a plus\n\nFamiliarity with public company compliance requirements.\n\nRelevant certifications in Oracle Cloud applications or ERP systems.\n\nExperience working in a fast-growing, complex organizational environment.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.\n\n Physical Demands\nAbility to work in a standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.\n\nMay require occasional lifting of lightweight equipment (e.g., laptops).\n\nTraining\nAll job specific, safety, and compliance training are assigned based on the job functions associated with this employee.\n\nOther\nJob may require after-hours response to system issues or critical incidents.\n\nPeriodically may be required to work evenings, weekends, or holidays to support system changes or upgrades.\n\nConditions of Employment: Individual must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening, credit check( applicable for certain positions) and reference verification.\nThis job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions.
