The position also supports the development team by providing QA for software updates. The position is expected to have experience in providing user support and working within a ticketing system. Understanding the Department of Children and Families data sets is a plus.\nRole Responsibilities\nTest code and applications developed by other development team members to ensure proper functionality as per business requirements\nAssist senior management in making design and architectural decisions for business systems\nParticipate in relevant meetings as requested\nTrack issues reported by users and ensure resolution\nWork on special projects assigned by senior IT Management\nAssist in the monthly submission of data to DCF\nProvides support in data reconciliation tasks\nResponsible for testing new features and/or updates in Carisk’s systems\nGenerates and distributes monthly reports to clients and providers\nUser management and account creation\nProvide user training and TA\nRole Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma / BS degree\nUndergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Application Development or Business Technology\nKnowledge of DCF PAM 155-2 data requirements\nUnderstanding of the software development cycle\nDesire to work hard and learn while being mentored by a senior architect and business leadership\nAbility to think quickly and change courses based on business needs\nExperience with Windows, MS Office, IT Ticketing Systems\nBasic knowledge of SQL\nProblem solver and attention to details\nExcellent communication and interpersonal
