environment, standards matter every day, not just on good days.\nYou understand the value of building long term client relationships and are comfortable developing a loyal customer base through thoughtful follow up and consistent service, not just one off transactions.\nYou are reliable, commercially aware, and interested in growing with a business rather than staying static in a role.\nAn interest in travel, design, and quality craftsmanship is important, but you also understand how to convert interest into sales and repeat customers.\nYour responsibilities\nYou will deliver a effective upselling and cross selling.\nYou will actively contribute to building a loyal customer base in New York, developing ongoing relationships with clients and supporting client outreach and follow up in line with the brand’s approach to clientelling.\nYou will maintain strong store standards across presentation, cleanliness, and product care.\nYou will support stock handling and back of house organisation to ensure the store runs efficiently.\nYou will process transactions accurately and professionally, contributing to a smooth end to end customer experience.\nYou will work closely
