We empower modern professionals in their day-to-day lives with our unique blend of timeless design, understated confidence and pursuit of quality.\nAs we continue to grow, we are expanding our team and are now looking for a Wholesale Administrator to support the wholesale and partnerships function, as well as the development of our existing accounts.\nAbout the role\nThis is a varied and hands-on role covering a broad range of responsibilities, from processing wholesale and corporate orders to managing partner data, supporting deliveries, reporting, and day-to-day coordination. Aspart of the team’s growth, this role will also support dropshipper management, helping to ensure smooth operations across our partner network.\nWeare looking for a commercially minded, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to both operational excellence and account growth.\nYour responsibilities\nSupport the full wholesale order cycle, from PO to invoicing, delivery, and after-sales service\n\nAct as the first point of contact for wholesale and corporate partners, providing timely and accurate support\n\nMaintain accurate records across systems, including orders, pricing, inventory, and contacts\n\nPrepare sales materials such as lookbooks, line sheets, order forms, ATS lists, and newness presentations\n\nCoordinate regular account check-ins and maintain strong relationships with key partners\n\nMonitor account performance against agreed commercial terms and ensure alignment with brand and marketing standards\n\nComplete data forms and provide any required information as part of the sales cycle\n\nOrganise and present sales data, performance metrics, and account summaries\n\nCollaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth partner experiences\n\nAssist with trade show preparation, follow-ups, and general wholesale coordination\n\nSupport dropshipper management and partner integrations across relevant platforms\n\nContribute to growing existing accounts through proactive support and world-class customer service\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, including leveraging tools, automation, and AI where relevant\n\nIdeal candidate\n2+ years’ experience in account coordination, sales support, or wholesale operations\n\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines\n\nStrong Excel / Google Workspace skills, comfortable working with numbers and sales data\n\nExperience with platforms such as Shopify, Xero, and/or dropshipping tools (e.g. Mirakl) is a strong advantage\n\nFamiliarity with inventory systems, order management platforms, or CRM tools is a plus\n\nCommercially minded with a proactive approach to supporting account growth\n\nComfortable working with technology and open to using tools/AI to drive efficiency\n\nExperience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred but not essential\n\nA positive, collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute\n\nMore about Carl Friedrik\nWe are challenging outdated practices in the luxury industry.
