Working 40 hours a week with occasional overtime based on business needs, no travel required. \nDuties and Responsibilities:\nOperates machinery in the production department.\nContinuous observation of machine operation to ensure optimal performance of standard work within the production department.\nPerforms hazard-based functions on machinery, including lock out/tag out and daily equipment inspection (TPM).\nProper daily cleaning of machinery\nStacks, sort, and bundle material according to the production department standard work.\nOccasional housekeeping tasks, 5S, and SQDC involvement.\nRecords data of manufactured material for quality control and improvement functions.\nAchieves production goals while complying with all safety requirements.\nAssists with quality checks to verify proper parameters are adhered to.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWorking Conditions:\nFast paced manufacturing environment where workers are exposed to both ambient/outside temperatures and dust; working with mechanical parts and pinch points; exposure to increased noise levels.\nHours worked: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM \nFlexible to the possibility of overtime and weekend hours when required. \nHeavy, stationary machinery on manufacturing floor.\nRadio, Calculator, Measuring Devices\nHand tools\nComputer (Shop Floor and SAPI/Warehouse Management)\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) Used: \nEye and hearing protection is required at all times on the production floor. \nSafety toe shoes (steel/composite)\nHi-Vis Vests\nHeat Gloves/Sleeves\nGloves required for most tasks\nOther PPE as defined by management within assigned department.\nPhysical Requirements: \nAccording to ADA regulations, reasonable accommodation will be provided to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.\nFrequency scale: Occasionally (0-30%) | Frequently (31-60%) | Continuously (61-100%)\nLIFTING OR CARRYING\n1-10 LBS - Occasionally\n\n11-20 LBS - Occasionally\n\n21-40 LBS - Occasionally\n\n41-50 LBS -Occasionally\n\n51 OR MORE LBS -Continuously\n\nPUSHING OR PULLING:\n1-40 LBS - Occasionally\n\n41-50 LBS - Continuously\n\n51 OR MORE LBS - Occasionally\n\nOTHER PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nBENDING OR STOOPING - Continuously\n\nREACHING ABOVE SHOULDER LEVEL - Frequently\n\nDRIVING AUTOMATIC EQUIP.
