Our quality products offer designers, contractors and building owners the right solutions for below grade, walls and roofs.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nOperator uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling, packaging, and other steps along a production line\nUtilizes and ensures safe use of operating equipment as trained, such as; Forklifts, pumps, mixers, valves, as well as maintain high levels of housekeeping on the go\nHas the ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical equations, understand, and follow instructions detailed on Work Orders (i.e. Batch Tickets)\nGathers and maintains high stocking levels of all required components in a promptly manner, to efficiently package mixed product as determined on Batch tickets\nRecords all required data on batch tickets, completes daily, weekly, monthly check list(s) and equipment logs as required\nUnderstands KPI’s and meets production targets given per task\nCompletes quality testing and records testing data as required\nDisassembles, cleans and reassembles equipment as needed and trained to do so\nAttends all training programs as required and sponsored by the company\nPerforms required tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)\nApplies and follows all OSHA and Henry safety standards, policies and procedures that pertain to tasks performed\nMaintain Cleanliness and possess organizational skills, keeps housekeeping at designated area as well as work site level\nOther duties as assigned.\n Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:\nSelf-starter and be able to work with little direct supervision\nPrevious experience in a production environment\nEffective communication skills\nMust have reliable transportation\nMust be dependable and have a good attendance record\nPrevious experience safely operating a forklift\nFlexible to work overtime, as needed\nEducation and Experience: \nHigh School Diploma or GED is Preferred\nMust be at least 18 years of age or older.\nPrior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.\nWorking Conditions:\nFast paced manufacturing environment where workers are exposed to both ambient/outside temperatures and dust; working with mechanical parts and pinch points; exposure to increased noise levels.\n· Hours worked: 8-10 hours/shift, varies on shift schedule and business volume.\n· Flexible to the possibility of overtime and weekend hours when required.\n· Heavy, stationary machinery on manufacturing floor.\n· Radio, Calculator, Measuring Devices\n· Hand tools\n· Computer (Shop Floor and ERP)\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nWe endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
