As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.\nAbout the role:\nWe are now recruiting for a Data Analyst within our Business Insights Team. This role will support the delivery of profitable growth across Carlsberg Britvic by managing, transforming and analysing external continuous data sources and developing high-quality reporting and analytical solutions. The Data Analyst will be the subject matter expert and will provide fact-based insight into market, channel, customer and consumer performance, enabling better commercial decision-making within the business.\nRole Responsibilities:\nOwn and manage external market and consumer data sources, including NielsenIQ, CGA, Kantar and other intelligence providers, ensuring data quality, accuracy and reliability.\nAct as the central point of contact for continuous data, building collaborative relationships with data partners and providing support, training and guidance across the business.\nDesign, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, automated reporting solutions and KPI frameworks that deliver clear, actionable business insights.\nContinuously improve reporting capabilities by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification and enhanced user experience.\nTranslate complex datasets into meaningful insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and commercial performance.\nAnalyse market, customer, channel, category and consumer trends to identify opportunities, risks and key drivers of growth.\nPartner with Commercial, Category, Sales, Marketing and Business Insights teams to support planning, performance reviews and strategic growth initiatives.\nDeliver robust analysis and evidence-based recommendations to support ad hoc business questions, projects and investment decisions.\nChampion best practice in data visualisation, reporting design and insight generation, helping stakeholders better leverage data and reporting tools.\nAdvance continuous improvement in analytics and reporting processes, working closely with IT and Data teams to enhance data accessibility, infrastructure and reporting capabilities.\nExperience and Key Attributes:\nExperience developing impactful Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design.\nAdvanced capability in analysing, transforming and interpreting large, complex datasets from multiple sources to generate meaningful business insights.\nExperience delivering automated reporting and interactive dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.\nAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.\nSolid stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.\nExperience working with market and consumer data sources such as NielsenIQ, CGA, Kantar, Circana (IRI) or similar intelligence platforms.\nKnowledge of analytical and visualisation tools including Snowflake, SQL, Python, R, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tableau.\nUnderstanding of statistical analysis, forecasting and modelling techniques, including regression and time-series analysis.\nFMCG experience, with exposure to commercial, category, revenue growth management (RGM) or marketing functions and an understanding of financial and P&L performance metrics.\nNaturally curious and commercially minded, with an interest in understanding consumer behaviour, market dynamics and the drivers of growth within the alcoholic beverages and soft drinks sectors.\nThis is an exciting time to join our business - with their incredible individual history’s, innovation of products and some of the UK’s most iconic brands, Carlsberg Britvic strives to deliver the best service to our customers and consumers.
