If you’re detail-driven, confident with systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board.\nIf you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for a Logistics Administrator. Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:\nRole Responsibilities:\nWork within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing products are monitored efficiently.\nRelease work for daily JITs to Thurrock and Farnborough and own deliveries out of Bedford.\nUnderstand the delivery process and product demand.\nMonitor incoming mails for stock changes.\nManage stock movements between depots.\nProcess daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse.\nCreate delivery and customer collect notes.\nManage customs and excise process.\nSupport Shift managers and senior managers.\nDebrief and related investigations.\nExperience and Key Attributes:\nIT Literate with experience using MS Office.\nExperience of using SAP is ideal but not essential.\nHave sound numeracy and literacy ability with a special attention for detail.\nPrevious warehouse or stock administration experience.\nPossess good initiative and work with the minimum of supervision.\nDemonstrates an ability to work as part of a team.\nFirst class communicator, comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business.\nThis is an exciting time to join our newly formed business - with their incredible individual history’s, innovation of products and some of the UK’s most iconic brands, Carlsberg Britvic strives to deliver the best service to our customers and consumers.
