The role contributes to operational efficiency, cost control, supplier management, and the implementation of best practices across the organization.\nResponsible for country fleet management, including third-party services:\nDefine requirements and manage orders for new company cars or reallocations of the existing ones.\nManage the external provider responsible for fleet administration.\nMonitor and manage fleet-related costs.\nUpdate fleet management documentation and KPIs\nResponsible for facilities management across all Italian sites, excluding the brewery ‘site in Induno Olona:\nCoordinate facility maintenance and service interventions.\nRequest and evaluate supplier quotations.\nManage contracts with facility-related suppliers.\nPurchase equipment and furniture.\nDefine the facilities budget in collaboration with the Carlsberg Excellence Manager\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities related to facilities, including potential site relocations or any other changes related to the offices currently used\nSupport the Carlsberg Excellence Manager in:\nWorking cross-functionally with other departments and Group functions to demonstrate “one team winning” and ensure the best operational results.\nIdentifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities and best practices.\nConducting 5S audits in collaboration with the relevant departments.\nPreparing documentation and materials for operators.\nProvide training to all employees involved in Lean activities.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, economics\n2/3 years’ experience within a supply chain or operation environment.\nGood Knowledge of Suite Microsoft\nCustomer/Consumer Focus\nCross-team interacting and communicating with impact\nCarlsberg Group: Brewing for a better today and tomorrow\nFor us success has always been in the diverse mix of our people, our beers and our brands.
