As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.\nReporting to the Process Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, improving and optimising our production assets. You’ll collaborate across engineering and production teams to keep our operation running safely, efficiently and reliably.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystem optimisation - Work with engineering teams to improve performance, reduce downtime and drive technical improvements.\nMechanical & electrical maintenance - Diagnose and repair faults using advanced tools and techniques.\nSafety & compliance - Ensure full adherence to LOTO, electrical safety and environmental standards, maintaining detailed CBM records.\nInfrastructure support - Maintain site utilities and electrical distribution systems to ensure reliable operation.\nTeam collaboration - Partner with production teams and mentor apprentices, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.\nLean practices - Support 5S, Kaizen and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives.\nCondition monitoring - Conduct vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound and other predictive maintenance activities.\nExperience and Key Attributes:\nRecognised Mechanical Engineering qualification (HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)\nExperience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within FMCG, manufacturing or industrial environments\nHands-on CBM experience\nAdvantageous: certifications in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics or rotating machinery\nExperience using CMMS systems\nStrong mechanical fault-finding skills\nFluent English (written & verbal)\nUK working rights\nOur commitment to diversity equity & inclusion\nWe welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences - including those of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, ages, abilities, religions, and socioeconomic statuses.
