expectations\nProvide day-to-day support for client inquiries and requests\nCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries of services\nPrepare and distribute client reports based on CARMA’s monitoring services\nOperational Excellence\nMaintain organisational systems for managing client accounts and deliverables\nEnsure all service requests are processed efficiently and accurately\nMonitor service performance metrics and report on efficiencies\nHelp in troubleshooting issues related to client accounts and service delivery\nInsight Generation\nSupport the preparation
