The role will focus on ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of systems, while driving automation, observability, and continuous improvement across the infrastructure stack.\nThe role requires close collaboration with global development teams to support deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in Linux system administration, AWS (EC2, S3), and infrastructure automation using tools such as Ansible, along with proficiency in scripting (Bash/Python) and monitoring solutions. A strong mindset towards problem-solving, ownership, and maintaining high-availability and secure environments is essential.\n Roles and Responsibilities:\nManage and evolve distributed systems across on-premise and AWS environments (EC2, S3)\nDesign and maintain observability (monitoring, alerting, logging) using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch\nAdminister and maintain Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments\nAutomate infrastructure using Ansible for provisioning, patching, and configuration management\nTroubleshoot incidents across network, OS, and application layers\nEnsure system security, including vulnerability management, access control, and compliance\nCollaborate with development teams to support deployments and optimize performance\nAdminister and optimize databases and messaging systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)\nDevelop backup strategies and maintain system documentation\nParticipate in on-call rotations and lead incident response\nDevelop and test new infrastructure solutions and enhancements\nDesign and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies\nOptimize AWS environments including cost management and capacity planning.\nRequirements\n Technical Experience:\n5+ years of experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu)\nExperience in Windows Server administration\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM)\nProficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation\nExperience with Ansible for configuration management (required)\nKnowledge of networking concepts and tools (e.g., Cisco ASA, protocols)\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, CloudWatch)\nStrong understanding of security best practices (firewalls, SSH hardening, vulnerability management)\nHands-on experience with PostgreSQL (required) and familiarity with NoSQL/databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)\nExperience with Git-based workflows\n Qualifications:\nStrong command of English (written and verbal)\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n5+ years of experience in Linux system administration or
