You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across our corporate teams, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and finding the people who will help us deliver.\n\nThis is a hands-on, high-volume TA role where you'll balance speed and scale with a great candidate experience. From sourcing and screening to assessment centres, offers and talent pooling, you'll own your roles end-to-end while helping us continuously improve the way we recruit.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end recruitment across Carma's automotive corporate teams, from job brief through to offer and pre-start.\nBuild and execute practical sourcing strategies across high-volume a variety of roles roles using job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, talent pools and other channels.\nSource, attract and engage candidates, proactively building pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and translate them into clear recruitment briefs, job descriptions and compelling job advertisements.\nScreen and assess candidates through CV review, phone screens, interviews, testing and other assessment methods.\nCoordinate and support assessment centres, group interviews and high-volume recruitment campaigns.\nKeep candidates engaged throughout the process, delivering a seamless experience that brings Carma's culture and values to life.\nProvide hiring managers with market insight, candidate feedback and recruitment recommendations to support effective hiring decisions.\nBuild and maintain talent pools to create a more proactive and sustainable approach to recruitment.\nEnsure Pinpoint, our ATS, is accurate and up to date throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate data through to templates and forms.\nTrack recruitment activity and identify bottlenecks, trends and opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.\nWork closely with the wider TA and People Experience team to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, assessment and reporting.\nLook for smarter ways to recruit, including leveraging technology, automation, AI and new sourcing channels to make our TA function more effective.\nBe a true recruitment partner to your stakeholders-taking accountability, following up and closing the loop on every interaction.\nBe hands-on when hiring volumes demand it, jumping into sourcing, screening, interviewing and recruitment campaigns to get the right people through the door.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nProven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in a complex fast-paced scale-up environment.\nA strong track record of managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and candidate experience.\nConfident sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels, with the ability to build talent pipelines rather than relying solely on applications.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and understand their recruitment needs.\nHighly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing momentum.\nA proactive, hands-on approach-you're comfortable working at pace, getting stuck in and figuring things out when the path isn't always clear.\nComfortable working with ambiguity and building structure and better ways of working in a fast-growing environment.\nExperience working with an ATS, recruitment platforms and other TA technology; Pinpoint experience would be advantageous.\nA continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to make recruitment faster, simpler and better.\nA genuine passion for people and creating a great candidate experience.\nA true ambassador for Carma who brings energy, personality, perspective and our values to everything you do.\nJob Benefits\nJoin one of Australia's fastest-growing automotive businesses and play a key role in building the teams behind our growth.\nMake a tangible impact through high-volume recruitment across Carma's automotive production operations.\nWork alongside passionate teams in a collaborative, high-growth environment where your ideas genuinely make an impact.\nGet the opportunity to shape and improve how we recruit at scale-from sourcing and assessment through to candidate experience and talent pooling.\nOur open-plan office comes fuelled with fresh coffee, a snack stash for any craving, and Friday rooftop drinks to keep your energy in the fast lane!\nSweet perks because, well, we're a car business-enjoy discounts on Carma cars, parts, and NRMA cover to rev up your ride!\n\nAt Carma, we're all about fostering an amazing culture where you can bring your best self to work.
