With a diverse global team supporting thousands of organisations worldwide, CARMA empowers partners to turn complex media data into clarity and context, elevate the impact of earned media, and deepen understanding of stakeholder influence across markets.\nRole Overview\n We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our IT team in Malta.\nIn this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, working closely with Development, Product, Design, and QA teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.\nYou'll play a key role in coordinating teams, managing timelines, resolving challenges, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.\nRole & Responsibilities\n -Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from initial kickoff through development, testing, and release, ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.\n-Plan and coordinate project stages, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, using structured delivery processes and Agile practices where appropriate.\n-Lead project kickoffs, confirm requirements and acceptance criteria, and manage scope changes through a formal change-request process.\n-Collaborate closely with developers, Product, Design, QA, and technical stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth project execution.\n-Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively recommend solutions to keep delivery on track.\n-Provide regular project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting through project management tools.\n-Coordinate release readiness, ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality standards, and launch communication expectations.\n-Ensure project delivery considers information security, data protection, GDPR, and internal IT governance requirements.\n-Continuously improve project management processes, documentation, reporting, and delivery practices to enhance efficiency and transparency.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
