Whether you’re advancing your career or growing your skillset, we are here to drive you forward.\nRole Responsibilities\nCoordinate hiring and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and managing applicant records in Workday.\nFacilitate new associate orientation, ensuring timely completion of required documentation and training, and maintaining accurate personnel files.\nProvide customer service support by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with paperwork.\nProcess sales and auction paperwork, including DMV documentation and dealer registration.\nHandle cash management tasks, including deposits, safe handling, and multiple payment types.\nSupport Business Office operations and mentor new associates as needed.\nFollow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.\nRequired Qualifications\nAbility to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for record-keeping.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.\nProficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and intermediate PC skills.\nEffective communication skills for interacting with customers and associates in person, by phone, and in writing.\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.\nMaintain confidentiality of records and reports within scope of position.\nFlexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nAbout CarMax\nAt CarMax, we revolutionized the used car buying experience over 30 years ago by introducing transparency and integrity into the process.
